I decided to give it a try and make a new recipe. I was looking into old-school Polish recipes to find something what can fit into my diet. There was a couple of Polish dishes which came to my mind, like potato pancakes for example. It was just an inspiration. Email By continuing, you confirm that you read and accept the privacy policy Contents How to prepare low carb paleo cauliflower broccoli & coconut flour fritters?IngredientsInstructionsNotesRecipeDID YOU MAKE THIS RECIPE AND SHARE ON IG?PIN ME!How to prepare low carb paleo cauliflower broccoli & coconut flour fritters?Preparation time: around 45 minutesServings: around 20 frittersIngredients2 small heads of cauliflower or mix with broccoli, alternatively 2 1/2 cup of grated cauliflower/broccoli – I used cauliflower and broccoli first time, second time I just used cauliflower as I didn’t have broccoli1 brown onion4 eggs100 grams of white cheese3/4 cup of coconut flour1/4 cup of chopped cilantro1 garlic clove2 small chilli peppers3/4 cup of grated cheese, in my case parmesan3 tablespoons olive oil or moresalt, pepper InstructionsCut cauliflower/broccoli into small florets and process in food processor till you get a texture of rice.Chop onion, garlic, white cheese, cilantro and chilli peppers.Place cauliflower/broccoli rice, onion, garlic, white cheese, cilantro, chilli peppers, eggs, coconut flour and grated cheese into large mixing bowl.Combine all together, add salt and pepper.Preheat pan with olive oil.Shape fritters, smaller or bigger, depending on your preferences.Fry fritters in olive oil for around 5 minutes on one side.Serve with coconut milk sauce or avocado pure.Enjoy!
