The author of this recipe is my boyfriend. He cooks quite often and his dishes are pretty amazing. This chicken is one of them, delicious, crunchy, homemade KFC recipes. I will be honest with you, they really taste like the real KFC and you can eat them without any guilt.

Servings: 2 people
  • 6 chicken breasts
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons of coconut flour
  • 2 cups of coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon of himalayan salt
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon of chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of white pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon of curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon of apple cider
  • 1/2 cup of coconut milk
  1. Clean the chicken breasts
  2. Mix 2 eggs, coconut flour, 1 tablespoon of coconut oil, turmeric, himalayan salt, black pepper powder, chilli powder, garlic powder, white pepper powder, curry powder, cumin powder, apple cider and coconut milk together.
  3. Heat the rest of the coconut oil in the soup pan on a high heat.
  4. Dip chicken in the mixture and cover properly.
  5. When the oil is heated, add chicken and fry for 4 minutes on each side.
  6. Serve with white cheese, tomatoes, lettuce or avocado.
  7. Add one of my favourite toppings Avocado Dip.
