Mix peanut butter, coconut flour, coconut sugar (or sweetener), 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract and cinnamon in the bowl. Mix until smooth.
Meantime melt dark chocolate (or unsweetened cacao) with coconut oil, 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract and coco syrup (or sweetener). You can melt everything in the microwave for 40 seconds.
Store in the freezer, you can keep cookies for couple of days. I love chia seeds so I am adding them to as many meals as possible.
