Are you tired? Or maybe you are just feeling lazy? No worries, not first and not last time! I felt really exhausted lately, mainly because of my sickness so I decided to prepare quick and light dinner. I think it is one of my favourites recipes as it is super easy, healthy and full of great nutritions. Ideal for lazy women like myself

Servings: 1 person
- 3 leafs of lettuce
- 1 handful of olives
- 1 tuna can in olives oil
- 4 boiled eggs
- piece of white cheese
- handful of canned mushrooms
- garlic, salt, pepper, chilli
Boil eggs for around 10 minutes
Cut lettuce and white cheese
Prepare plate where you add canned tuna, olives, lettuce, white cheese, mushrooms and eggs
Add seasoning and you are ready to go!
