Keto Low Carbs High Fat Tilapia For Dinner

Are you running of the ideas for your dinner during keto diet or just healthy diet? Let me introduce you one of my recipes. As everyone knows, fishes are great sources of protein and fat. Tilapia is full of protein and it is great replacement for milkfish which we eat a lot with my boyfriend. This recipe can be served also with rice if you are not on keto diet, but just trying to eat healthy.

Ingredients
  • 2 tilapias
  • 1/2 carrot
  • handful of green beans
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/2 cup of coconut milk
  • garlic, salt, pepper, chilli
Instructions
  1. Clean green beans and boil in the water for around 15min, till they will be softer
  2. Preheat pan with a little bit of olive oil
  3. Season fish with salt, pepper and chilli
  4. Fry tilapia for around 10min per side on medium heat
  5. Meantime preheat another pan with a little bit of olive oil
  6. Cut carrot, onion, garlic, mix with green beans and fry in the pan on medium heat for couple of minute
  7. Add coconut milk to vegetables and fry on low heat for another couple of minute
  8. Put tilapia and vegetable on the plate
  9. Enjoy!
Recipe Notes

On keto diet carrots can be eaten in moderation, just be careful about intake since they can easily bump up total carb count. You can also skip carrots for more keto oriented recipe.
