Keto Low Carbs Paleo Homemade Bread

Living in Philippines means no “real” bread. Being on keto diet means no bread at all? Well, that’s what I thought till I found this great recipe for low carbs bread and full of healthy fat. After missing bread so much, I decided to give a try my keto homemade bread. Surprisingly it came up much better than I expected.

Servings: 1 loaf
  • 165 g of coconut flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda or 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 250 g of olive oil
  • 12 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • olives, garlic optional
  1. Preheat your oven and prepare a loaf pan with baking paper (I managed to make the bread in small “oven” which is kind of toaster thing)
  2. Add coconut flour, baking soda and salt to a big bowl and stir

  3. Lightly beat eggs and add to mixture
  4. Add olive oil, olives, garlic and stir
  5. Transfer mixture to loaf pan, you can add sesame seeds on the top
  6. Bake for around 45minutes or longer in temperature between 350°F (175°C) and 375°F (190°C) (check if your bread is ready by sticking knife inside, when it comes out clean - it is ready)

  7. Remove from the pan and cool down
  8. Enjoy!

Be creative! Add your favourites fruits or seeds to your bread. Small slice will make you full! ?
