Melt the chocolate (30 sec in the microwave) and add to the avocados. Add coco syrup or sweetener, unsweetened cacao and peanut butter. Stir to combine.
Roll truffles (grease your hands in coconut oil before to make it easier) and cover in the toppings such as coconut shreds or unsweetened cacao. Put to the refrigerate for about 1 hour for better texture.
Just be creative.
You can make truffles a little bit bitter or sweeter, just play with different type of dark chocolate.
You can also add coconut sugar if you don't care about sugar so much, for no keto oriented recipe.
