I have been thinking for awhile how to name this dessert. Since I kept them in the freezer, I thought that it can be some type of ice creams but it can also be kind of mousse if you kept them in the room temperature. Anyway, this recipe was created totally accidentally. As usual we have been chilling in the evening and we wanted something sweet. I mixed a few thing with frozen berries from our freezer and came up with this. I made it again for my boyfriend’s birthday party with homemade Raffaello and Ferrero Roche. Did you know that our guests thought that these jars are just decoration? I am not really sure if it is good or bad haha. Let me know in the comments if you have made something similar already.
