Cauliflower was in our fridge for a while and nobody knew what to do about it. I decided to give it a try and make a new recipe. I was looking into old-school Polish recipes to find something what can fit into my diet. There was a couple of Polish dishes which came to my mind, like potato pancakes for example. It was just an inspiration. And here we are... Cauliflower or broccoli fritters.

For more recipes more keto oriented, use more cheese and serve with coconut milk sauce, eggs or alternatively with salmon or sardines.

You can keep it in the fridge for around 2-3 days.
