I love Sundays breakfasts. It is one of the best parts of the weekend when I can wake up early in the morning and prepare some fresh and delicious meal. I am trying new variations of my favourite eggs and full of healthy fat sardines. It is super easy and fast recipe, I promise! In this recipe I used my homemade keto bread, however it is only optional, you can also easily prepare the meal without it.

Servings: 2 people
- 2 slices of homemade keto bread optional
- 1 ripe avocado
- salt, pepper
- 4-5 boiled eggs depends how hungry you are, I used 9 eggs, 5 for my boyfriend and 4 for myself
- 1 tomato
- 1 small red onion
- 4 leafs of lettuce
- 1 can of sardines in olive oil
Add pinch of salt and eggs to boiling water and boil for 7minutes
Chop onion, tomato and lettuce
Mash avocados in the bowl into a pure, add salt, pepper, chopped tomato, onion, lettuce
Prepare two slices of homemade keto bread
Prepare plate, add homemade keto bread, eggs cut into half and salad
Enjoy!
Vegetarian: For vegetarian option do not add sardines
Eggs: Boil eggs for 7 minutes if you prefer soft yolk and hard white, boil for 8 minutes for hard yolk
