Low Carbs Paleo Cauliflower Broccoli & Coconut Flour Fritters

Ready Cauliflower Broccoli

Cauliflower was in our fridge for a while and nobody knew what to do about it. I decided to give it a try and make a new recipe. I was looking into old-school Polish recipes to find something what can fit into my diet. There was a couple of Polish dishes which came to my mind, like potato pancakes for example. It was just an inspiration. And here we are… Cauliflower or broccoli fritters.
