Lemon water recipe and how to start drinking water in the morning? There are many ways to make lemon water and to start drinking water. I joined these two topics since they are related to each other. In order to make yourself drink more water, you need to find a way to make it tasteful for yourself. I love it with warm or hot water. I really don’t like cold water. I simply just squeeze fresh lemon into the jar of warm water. Ahh the jar needs to be from the glass, trust me it tastes much better. Feel free to add mint or cinnamon, whatever tastes better for you. Experiment and don’t give up!P.S. That is another lemon water recipe which I do every time I am on ketogenic diet. It can sound horrible but it is actually not that bad, try it out! I also like to prepare big jar of the water with lemon so I can take it whenever my little jar is empty 🙂Give yourself a chanceJust try it out. Always, try out before disregarding. It doesn’t mean it needs to work for you, maybe it will not. But everything that potentially can help your health is worth trying.
