On the day of creating this recipe, I had a different plan for dinner. Unfortunately, I discovered I have only one small zucchini in the fridge which was not enough for my planned experiment. I decided to make a quick dinner from the products I had in the fridge. Maybe this meal is not the most presentable dish, but tasted delicious – keto, vegetarian, egg, avocado, grilled zucchini.
