Keto Tuna With Boiled Eggs For Lazy Dinner

Are you tired? Or maybe you are just feeling lazy? No worries, not first and not last time! I felt really exhausted lately, mainly because of my sickness so I decided to prepare quick and light dinner. I think it is one of my favourites recipes as it is super easy, healthy and full of great nutritions. Idea for lazy woman like myself  – keto tuna with boiled eggs for lazy dinner 😉

How to make keto tuna with boiled eggs for lazy dinner?

Preparation time: around 15 minutes

Servings: for 1 person

Ingredients

  • 3 leafs of lettuce
  • 1 handful of olives
  • 1 tuna can in olives oil
  • 4 boiled eggs
  • piece of white cheese
  • handful of canned mushrooms
  • garlic, salt, pepper, chilli

Instructions

  1. Boil eggs for around 10 minutes
  2. Cut lettuce and white cheese
  3. Prepare plate where you add canned tuna, olives, lettuce, white cheese, mushrooms and eggs
  4. Add seasoning and you are ready to go!
  5. Enjoy!

Notes

As you can expect, you can create millions variations of this meal. Let’s have a fun and put on the plate whatever you have in the fridge! Feel free to share ideas with me. Don’t be afraid of eating many eggs, latest study shows that they don’t have bad impact on our body, yolk and white is in perfect proportions and eating eggs daily is totally safe.
