Living in Philippines means no “real” bread. Being on keto diet means no bread at all? Well, that’s what I thought till I found this great recipe for low carbs bread and full of healthy fat. After missing bread so much, I decided to give a try my keto low carb paleo homemade bread. Surprisingly it came up much better than I expected.

Preparation time: around 1 hour
Servings: 1 loaf
Ingredients
- 165g of coconut flour
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda or 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 250g of olive oil
- 12 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- olives, garlic (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven and prepare a loaf pan with baking paper (I managed to make the bread in small “oven” which is kind of toaster thing)
- Add coconut flour, baking soda and salt to a big bowl and stir
- Lightly beat eggs and add to mixture
- Add olive oil, olives, garlic and stir
- Transfer mixture to loaf pan, you can add sesame seeds on the top
- Bake for around 45minutes or longer in temperature between 350°F (175°C) and 375°F (190°C) (check if your bread is ready by sticking knife inside, when it comes out clean – it is ready)
- Remove from the pan and cool down
- Enjoy!
Notes
Be creative! Add your favourites fruits or seeds to your bread. Small slice will make you full! 🙂
