Keto Low Carbs High Fat Hamburger

Are you starving for hamburger with fresh bread and fatty meat? Are you on keto diet? Great! I just prepared for you idea for keto hamburger. Since my boyfriend eats beef (I am trying to not eat beef nor pork) and needs a lot of fat during his diet, it was meal just for him. It seems like Valentine dinner almost 🙂

How to make keto low carbs high fat hamburger?

Preparation time: around 30 minutes

Servings: 2 hamburgers

Keto Low Carbs High Fat Hamburger

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of homemade keto bread
  • 2 leafs of lettuce
  • 1 tomato
  • 6 slices of pickles
  • 100g ground beef
  • 2 eggs
  • salt, pepper
  • olive oil
  • mustard, coconut milk (optional)

Keto Low Carbs High Fat Hamburger

Instructions

  1. Preheat pan with a little bit of olive oil
  2. Divide ground beef into two pieces
  3. Lightly beat eggs in the bowl, add salt and pepper (I love chilli so I added pinch of it)
  4. Add pieces of ground beef into mixture and cover beef in eggs
  5. Form the shape of burgers from the beef, keep rest of the eggs in the bowl
  6. Put burgers on the pan and fry for 8 min on one side, then flip them over on the other side and spill rest of the eggs on the top of burgers, fry for another 8min
  7. At the end of frying add coconut milk on the top of burgers and slices of homemade keto bread on the side to make toasts
  8. Put toasts on the plate, add chopped lettuce, burger, slices of tomato, pickles and mustard
  9. Enjoy!
