Finally we have managed to have one weekend at home and I decided to cook. I can finally prepare some meals and help my Filipino since he always is in the kitchen. In this way I managed to create this creamy mustard sauce perfect for BBQ with friends. Delicious combination with fish, beef or chicken. Healthy, keto, sugar free, low carb recipe which is extremely easy and quick.

How to prepare easy creamy mustard BBQ sauce for fish, beef or chicken for healthy, keto, sugar-free, low carb recipe?
Preparation time: around 5 minutes
Servings: 1 small jar or bowl
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons of cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon of coconut milk (more or less, depending on the texture that you want to achieve)
- 1 tablespoon of mustard (sugar free, ideally Dijon)
- 1 tablespoon of apple vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
- 1/3 cup of mix of herbs, like cilantro, coriander, spring onion, parsley, any other
- 2-3 pinches of each of the following spices: ping Himalayan salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, chilli powder (or any other spices)
Instructions
- Chop cilantro, coriander, spring onion, parsley and any other herbs.
- Mix cream cheese, coconut milk, mustard, apple vinegar, lemon juice and herbs until smooth in the bowl.
- Add spices and mix all together.
- Transfer to a fancy jar and serve. Perfect sauce for BBQ meat or fishes, chicken or beef dishes.
- Enjoy!
Notes
Keep in the fridge for a couple of days.
Try with homemade KFC, fish cakes or beef and vegetables loaf.
